Shared cold room capacity for processors who need holding space between harvest and market, charged by the kilogram so you only pay for what you store.

Two chambers run at 2–4°C for fresh produce and −18°C for frozen goods, with a combined 40-tonne capacity. Temperature is monitored continuously with an alarm on the generator changeover, so a grid outage does not become a spoiled consignment.

Pallet racking, a loading dock that takes a 20-foot truck, and a small staging area for sorting before intake. Minimum intake is 50 kg and we can hold stock for up to 90 days.

Best suited to: exporters staging consignments, frozen food brands, cooperatives aggregating smallholder harvests.
