A complete milling and packaging line for grain, cereal and spice processors, available by the day or on a weekly block for production runs.

The line takes cleaned grain through a hammer mill and a plate mill, then a vibrating sieve for particle sizing, and finishes on a semi-automatic filler with a band sealer. Throughput is around 800 kg per shift on maize and 500 kg on drier inputs like ginger or pepper.

Changeovers between products include a documented clean-down, so allergen-sensitive runs can be scheduled with confidence. Our operator is included in the day rate; longer bookings can be run by your own team after an induction.
